Found a place? Here's how to apply.
Applications are submitted online through our resident portal. Once we have a complete file, you'll usually hear back within two business days.
What you'll need
- Government-issued photo ID
- Proof of income (pay stubs, employment letter, or equivalent)
- Two references. Current landlord and employer preferred.
- Authorization for a credit check
- Completed application from each adult occupant
Each adult occupant submits their own application. We accept co-signers in some cases, just ask.

How do I apply for one of your rentals?
Find a place you like in our listings, then submit an application through our online portal. You'll need ID, proof of income, references, and a credit check authorization.
What's required for a rental application?
Government-issued ID, the last two pay stubs (or equivalent income proof), employer and previous landlord references, and consent for a credit check. Co-applicants each submit their own.
Are pets allowed?
It depends on the property. Many of our owners welcome pets. Filter for pet-friendly homes in the listings, or ask us and we'll point you to the right ones.
How much is the security deposit?
Half of one month's rent, in line with BC's Residential Tenancy Act. When a pet damage deposit applies, it's also half of one month's rent (the legal maximum under the RTA).
Do you offer short-term or furnished rentals?
Yes, we manage both furnished and unfurnished long-term rentals. Use the Furnished filter on the rentals page to narrow the list, or call us and we'll point you to what's currently available.
How quickly do you respond to maintenance issues?
Urgent issues are prioritized and we respond as quickly as we can. Routine requests are handled in turn through our tenant portal.
